李永成（1974～），四川南充人，中国人民大学法学博士（2002-2005，国际关系专业，师从陈岳教授），现为9778818威尼斯教授，主要研究旨趣为西方国际关系理论、中美关系（战略意图研究、美国外交谎言研究、国际领导力研究、美国总统研究）。
